Dan
Hisey is the Owner and General Manager of Radar Marine. After
a 27 year career in the oil and gas industry in Alaska, he
acquired Radar Marine from its’ original owner of 27
years. His passion for boating and love of the Pacific Northwest
made Radar Marine a perfect fit for he and his family. Dan
is a mechanical engineer who started his career as a construction
engineer in the oilfields of Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to the position
of Chief Operating Officer of Alyeska Pipeline, the company
that operates the 800-mile Trans-Alaska oil pipeline. He enjoys
his second career as owner of Radar Marine, and invites you
to call or stop by anytime to discuss your marine electronics

Richard
Tamblin has been with Radar Marine since 2000 after spending
14 years in Petersburg, Alaska
serving the commercial fishing industry in marine communications
and industrial control systems. Rich specializies in
troubleshooting and repair. Rich holds a degree in Electronics
Technology from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
He is a licensed FCC General
Technician with Radar Endorsement and a Raymarine Certified
Technician. |

Dave
began his career in electronics 30 years ago in the US Navy.
He spent time at NAS Whidbey Island in VAQ 136 doing
organizational level maintenance on the EA6B Prowler.
From there he spent a year in the top electronic school the
Navy has to offer in Memphis, Tennessee.
The remainder of his time with the Navy was spent at NAS Miramar,
California repairing communications and navigation equipment.
Dave has been with Radar Marine Electronics since 1983.
Specializing in large commercial vessel installations, rack-mount
computer systems and peer sharing networks, Dave holds a General
Radio Telephone Operators License with Radar Endorsement.
Dave has attended annual Furuno and Raymarine technical training
continuing education classes and is both Raymarine and Furuno
Certified. |

Ron
has been with Radar Marine for 21 years. He specializes
in Custom Luxury Yacht installations including electronics
package design and installation. Ron is known and highly
regarded for his attention to detail, understanding of ergonomics,
eye for aesthetic installations and working closely with the
boat owner from concept to operational training. Ron
is also a Raymarine and Furuno Certified Technician who keeps
up with the ever advancing technology in marine electronics
through continuing education with Furuno and Raymarine. |

Lin Ruit
has been with Radar Marine Electronics for the past 5 years.
As a Certified Raymarine Technician, Lin specializes in Raymarine
systems installations on pleasure vessels. Lin works closely
with the local Bellingham
yacht brokers and charter companies in helping them prepare
and maintain electronics on their vessels. Lin is also
the one to call if you need help in coming up with a replacement
cable for your old Raytheon
equipment. If we don’t have it, he’ll custom
fabricate one for you. |

Trevor
Machen is the newest addition to the technical staff at Radar
Marine. Trevor is a graduate of South Seattle Community
College and an FAA certified
Airframe and Powerplant Technician. Trevor has spent
the past 6 years as a Marine Systems Technician responsible
for installation and repair of electrical, electronic, heating
and plumbing systems. In addition to being a Marine
Electronics Installer, he is certified in Hurricane heating
systems, Sealand systems and Northern Lights generators.
